Validation Sprint · $300 fixed

Should you
build it?

Before you spend months engineering an idea, find out how the market responds. We turn your app idea into a focused paid test—and show you the signal.

The call is free. If we run the sprint, it is $300 total—with no separate ad-spend line item.

A principle worth testing

“The question is not ‘Can this product be built?’ … ‘Should this product be built?’”

Why this exists

Evidence before engineering.

I work in software, so I understand the urge to start with architecture, features, and code. Building feels like progress. But code can prove that a product works—it cannot prove that people want it.

I created Should You Build to reverse that order: test the promise with a real audience, learn from their behavior, and then decide what deserves to be built.

The problem

Building got cheap.
Guessing is still expensive.

AI can help you ship software faster than ever. It cannot make people care. Too many founders discover the marketing problem only after the product exists.

We start one step earlier: put a clear promise in front of the intended audience, measure their response, and learn before the sunk cost takes over.

The signal sprint

Four steps.
One clearer bet.

We do the hands-on work with you. You leave with evidence, not theater.

  1. 01

    Define the bet

We sharpen the audience, problem, promise, and the behavior that would count as meaningful signal.

  2. 02

    Build the test

We create the positioning, landing page, Meta ad copy, creative, and measurement plan.

  3. 03

    Run real ads

We launch a focused campaign to a real audience and watch what people actually do.

  4. 04

    Read the signal

You get the results, what we learned, and a candid next-step conversation—without a fake verdict.

What you get

A complete
market test.

  • Audience and offer definition
  • Landing page and conversion path
  • Meta campaign strategy and setup
  • Ad copy and creative direction
  • Behavior and response tracking
  • Signal readout and next-step call

The honest version

We won’t stamp your idea “validated.”

A small campaign cannot predict the future. It can show whether a specific audience responded to a specific promise—and give you better questions for whatever comes next.

“We show you what people did. You decide what it means for the build.”

The offer

One fixed price.
One clearer bet.

Start with a free validation call. If the idea is a fit for a focused market test, the complete Validation Sprint is $300 total: strategy, positioning, landing page, creative, a small live Meta campaign, tracking, and a candid results readout.

$300Total sprint price, including the live Meta test
4Steps: define the bet, build the test, run the ads, read the signal
1Candid readout: what happened, what remains uncertain, and what to do next

A strong fit

You have an idea—and you’re willing to hear the truth.

01An app or software concept you’re genuinely considering building.

02A rough sense of who it is for and what problem it could solve.

03Willingness to join a private discovery call and participate closely in the process.

04Openness to weak, mixed, or surprising signal—not just confirmation.

Free validation call

Let’s talk through the idea.

Give us the broad version—one or two sentences is enough. We’ll use a private call to understand the audience, the problem, and whether a $300 sprint makes sense.

No deck. No obligation.
Just a practical conversation about the bet.

Keep this high level. Your call request is private. We will not publish your identity, idea, campaign, or results without separate permission.

Questions, answered

No mystery box.

What happens on the free call?

We’ll talk through the problem, intended audience, and what behavior would count as useful signal. If a focused paid test is not the right next step, we’ll tell you.

What does the $300 include?

The complete Validation Sprint: strategy, positioning, a landing page, Meta ad creative and setup, a small live traffic test, tracking, and a results readout. There is no separate ad-spend line item.

Do I need a prototype or business plan?

No. A clear problem, a plausible audience, and a serious willingness to act on what we learn are more useful than a polished deck.

Does a strong result mean I should definitely build?

No. It is one piece of evidence. We’ll explain what happened, what remains uncertain, and what a sensible next test could be.

Will my idea become a public case study?

Not without separate permission. Requesting a call does not give us permission to publish your idea, identity, campaign, or results.
